Our aim is to become a leading developer of onshore wind and solar projects, taking on a significantly larger number of projects than before. We need a Communications and Digital Specialist to support our Communications Manager and the project development teams in Italy. You will be part of an inspiring, international communications team, committed to a carbon-neutral future and delivering outstanding communications support to the whole business area.

We look for a Communications and Digital Specialist with the essential skills to support an effectively contribute to communication activities in Italy and help shaping our presence in the national energy market. In your role you’ll:

- Support the Communications Manager building and maintaining Statkraft’s profile and brand in Italy, together with its presence on media, events, conferences and summits.
- Execute communication activities on project development, construction, operations and energy markets activities in Italy, in close cooperation with the respective Business Development, HR and Sustainability department.
- Management of all external and internal social media accounts, contents creation and definition of an Italian editorial calendar. Use analytical tools to evaluate performance.
- Website responsibility, adaption, and creation of contents in coordination with external agencies, performance monitoring and reporting.
- Adaption and creation of web texts, social media messages, and other communication materials, such as leaflets, brochures, and presentations.

**Qualifications**:
You are a creative and enthusiastic young professional with the following qualifications:

- Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields
- Relevant of experience in communications in multinational environment
- Experience and working knowledge in website and social media management as well as content creation is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
- Knowledge of the energy industry in Italy is a plus
- Proactive and solution-oriented with attention to detail - a practical doer who delivers quality results on time
- A team player with strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- You are passionate about communication and ready to make the difference shaping our Digital presence in Italy
