Sidel is looking for a passionate, business-oriented Strategy Manager to help shaping, driving and executing our company strategy. If you are this person, you will be in charge of contributing to the sustainable and profitable growth & expansion of Sidel’s equipment and service business, by enabling cross-functional collaboration in the design and the execution of Sidel’s strategy. **Your Mission**:
**YOUR MISSION**
Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Contribute to the definition of category / regional / functional strategies: run business and competitive analyses and synthesise them into product, market, and channel plans, including expansions.
- Contribute to the identification, design, and execution of Strategic Programs within the strategy cycle.
- Identify and steer complex business analysis and strategic projects outside or complementary to STRAT plan.
- Shape and steer the implementation of the strategic directions in close collaboration with the Regions and Functions.
- Contribute to the strategic cycle & PDP.

**Your Profile**:
**Level of education and languages**:

- University education, ideally in a STEM discipline.
- English is a must, Italian and French are welcome.

**Required experience**:

- At least 10 years of working experience in strategic functions (marketing, brand development, market research, strategy), ideally in a manufacturing company.
