PMO Contract Management

**What does the role involve?**:
As a **PMO Contract Manager **You will be part of the Project Management Office and you will be responsible to manage all contracts or orders which deviate from standard Hilti T&C’s.
You will be a business partner for sales roles to assess and negotiate non-standard contracts or orders and collect related documentation.
You will lead back-end functions in addressing all aspects related to the contract or order during all phases of the projects, with a focus on contract assessment and coordination on deviations to client’s T&C.

**Key tasks will be:
- Manage contract document review, engaging with internal teams to review customer order/contract T&C and align to Hilti standards.
- Responsible for elaboration of contract deviation list, collecting inputs from internal teams involved in the assessment and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Support and assist Sales Team to manage contract negotiations and final contract T&C definition.
- Transfer contractual documents and information to the Project Team as appropriate (for example, through dedicated contract-induction sessions)
- Identify the contractual provisions which must be transferred to team for order entry, logistic order management and convey such provisions to the Project Execution Manager who will be responsible for monitoring.
- Responsible for the contract documentation elaboration and archiving
- Manage and drive all contract documentation signature process
- Ensure the elaboration of the supplier qualification documentation
- Support Sales Team and Legal Dept in the management of claim proceeding
- Participate in regular Review & Improve process, for continuous improvement of customer experience on contract management with Hilti.

**What you need is**:

- University Degree (Bacherlor’s or Masters’s) in engineering or other technical degree
- Good knowledge of contracts management in construction industry
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and judgment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
- Deep understanding of project phases and risks
- Good experience in collaborating with Hilti customers/ EPC and sales roles
- Deep understanding of the customer processes (design, bidding & execution)
- Attention to detail, thoroughness and In-depth understanding of legal agreements
