**Principali aree di responsabilità**:
- manage and supervise a variety of commercial matters to support the business in the development of new wind projects in Italy;
- provide legal guidance to different internal teams;
- support the business line teams in the drafting and negotiation of the documents required for their activities, including drafting, negotiating and advice on commercial agreements as land options, leases, EPC, Supply agreements, etc.;
- review and drafting of loan agreements, security agreements, review of insurance agreements, etc.;
- draft/review of SPAs, JV and co-development agreements and advise on their negotiations;
- lead of external advisors during the Due Diligence on renewable energy projects;
- contribute to the risk assessment of the activities of the business unit, its business partners, suppliers and other business stakeholders;
- draft and negotiate other contracts such as LoIs, NDAs, MoUs, HoT, etc.;
**Studi**:
Degree in Law and admittance to the BAR Association

Esperienze**:
*It requires 3 years of experience in the role of Legal Affaris Specialist, gained in law firms or in medium-large companies
- experience in the negotiation of construction contracts (EPC/BOP/Supplies);
- some background in M&A matters;
- proven track record of commercial negotiations
Key Skills:
- Ability to communicate legal risks and recommendations to managers in the company;
- Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, judgement, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive and creative legal analysis will be key.

English proficiency.
