Come Guest Ambassador, sarai il primo punto di contatto per i nostri ospiti e avrai un ruolo fondamentale nel garantire che ogni esigenza venga soddisfatta. Sarai responsabile di creare un'atmosfera accogliente e di alta classe, assicurando che ogni ospite si senta speciale e valorizzato.

**Responsabilità**:

- Accogliere gli ospiti all'arrivo e fornire informazioni dettagliate sui servizi dell'hotel e sulle attrazioni locali.
- Gestire le richieste e le domande degli ospiti in modo tempestivo ed efficiente anticipando le loro esigenze
- Accogliere e gestire le richieste di VIP clients fornendo un’esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.
- Collaborare con i vari reparti (come la reception, il ristorante e la housekeeping) per garantire un servizio impeccabile.
- Monitorare la soddisfazione degli ospiti e raccogliere feedback per migliorare continuamente il servizio.
- Organizzare e pianificare attività personalizzate per gli ospiti, inclusi tour e servizi esclusivi.
- Mantenere relazioni positive con gli ospiti e conversare in modo professionale e amichevole.
- Contribuire agli obiettivi della squadra

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile in hotel di lusso o nel settore dell'ospitalità.
- Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente frenetico e sotto pressione.
- Conoscenza di almeno una lingua straniera oltre all'italiano (preferibilmente inglese).
- Passione per l'ospitalità e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Capacità di problem solving e attitudine proattiva.
