- Manage and administer Salesforce environment, including configuration, integration, and customization
- Manage user requests
- Application support for End Users
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT projects to meet business demands

- Salesforce platform-specific knowledge including Admin and standard CRM processes, Service and Sales
- Ability to navigate the Salesforce platform for testing

- 5 years of experience in Saleforce
