- Manage and administer Salesforce environment, including configuration, integration, and customization
- Manage user requests
- Application support for End Users
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT projects to meet business demands

- Salesforce Admin Skill: Salesforce Visibility & Sharing Model + Report & Dashboard + Tableau CRM (Nice to Have)
- Ability to process analysis
- Understanding AS-IS processes and TO-BE design
- Ability to operate with business complexity
- Understanding of business strategies
- Salesforce platform-specific knowledge including Admin and standard CRM processes, Service and Sales
- Ability to navigate the Salesforce platform for testing

- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Office 365

- ** EXPERIENCE**:

- 5 years of experience in Saleforce
- ** CERTIFICATIONS**:
