Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and process-driven **Controlling Specialist.** In this role, you will support operations through proactive steering and control of the business.

You will act as a trustworthy Finance Business Partner and provide financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short and long-term decisions.
Your Impact
- Focus on value creation
- Conduct variance analysis and reporting and business and profitability analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial and economic data
- Support the creation of business dashboards
- Report on and analyze sales and margins based on several analytical aspects
- Support the budgeting process
- Develop annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Assess and support the development of the areas’ operational plans
- Support Branches in preparing financial reports and oversee local accounting adjustments
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:

- 3-5 years' experience
- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree, preferably in Economics/Business Administration
- Previous experience in accounting management and knowledge of accounting management principles
- Knowledge of analytical accounting
- Experience in auditing
- Knowledge of SAP CO-PA
