If you want to know more about us, give a look here: And if you still don’t have a Satispay account, download the app and sign up with the promo code **TALENT** **What you will be doing** You will join our HR team, being responsible for the following activities: - create and implement internal communication strategies to increase employee engagement, alignment and awareness (newsletter, blog, videos ) - define of appropriate channels for different messages and target audience - create engaging communications and contents for our internal communication and employer branding strategy - identify the right "tone of voice" and conveys the company's messages in a structured way - support the employer branding strategy working closely with Marketing and Talent Acquisition - Define a Digital Workplace strategy to support our scale up phase with the objective to share the right information in the right moment to the right people - Monitor and improve KPIs: effectiveness, timing, budget **What we need** We are looking for brilliant talents willing to share our enthusiasm and passion for Satispay’s project. Help us revolutionise everyday transactions by making payments as easy, cheap and secure as possible. - has minimum 3 years of experience, spent in fast paced or scale-up environments, in the internal communication and employer branding area - is a very quick learner - has a detail-oriented mindset and a problem-solving attitude - is a communication geek with a passion for employer branding - is very creative and capable to adapt to different briefs - is reserved, able to handle sensitive/confidential material and practice discretion - is capable of define smart solution and is oriented to delivery - has excellent organisational and time management skills - has experience in designing communication strategies - has experience in delivering high quality output autonomously - Is able to learn quickly about new digital platforms - is fluent in Italian and English - both written and spoken; knowledge of French or German is considered a plus - Social media management experience, video making and editing skills are a plus **Logistic & Salary** The role is based in Milan, Italy.
