**Your Role**

As a licensed physician on the NuggMD platform, you’ll evaluate and guide patients seeking medical cannabis treatment, helping them navigate the German healthcare system and comply with national laws.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct remote medical consultations in accordance with - 31 (6) SGB V
- Assess whether patients qualify for cannabinoid therapy based on medical history and symptoms
- Provide clear education on cannabis-based medicine, including usage, dosing, potential side effects, and interactions
- Issue legally compliant prescriptions under BtMVV where appropriate
- Adherence to local laws and regulations for cross-border care
- Support patients with documentation for Krankenkasse reimbursement, if needed
- Maintain accurate and secure medical records
- Collaborate with our clinical operations team and pharmacists to ensure continuity of care

**Qualifications**
- Valid Approbation to practice medicine in Germany
- Registration with the appropriate Ärztekammer, including recognition of equivalent EU licensure where applicable
- Professional medical liability insurance covering telemedicine and cross-border consultations
- Clinical experience in one or more of the following fields is advantageous: general medicine, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care, or pain management
- Interest in evidence-based cannabis medicine and other emerging therapeutic modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of empathy for patients managing chronic or complex conditions
- Proficiency with digital health tools and video consultation platforms
- Fluency in German (C2 or native level); English proficiency is considered an asset

Pay: €5,000.00 - €8,500.00 per month
