**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused JUNIOR PROGRAM MANAGER to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within our organization. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with senior program managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

**WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO**
- Co-ordination and control of overall project tasks
- Co-ordination and control of internal activities
- I/F with customer
- Sub-contractors management
- Project and Management Plan preparation
- Schedule and costs control
- Progress Reporting and control
- Risk management and corrective actions implementation
- Risk Assessment Report and Register preparation and maintenance
- Change Request Management
- Co-ordination of Configuration and Documentation activity
- Support to Procurement for suppliers management
- Support to contract management
- Reviews & meetings planning, preparation and attendance

**YOU’LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROGRAM MANAGER**
- University degree in technical fields or in Engineering Management
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proactive aptitude and ability to leading a work team
- Good communication skills
- Aptitude to work toward objectives
- Leadership
- Knowledge of English Language
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-language, multi-cultural team
- Tools: MS office, including Project

**THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE**
- Mechanical background
- 1 year experience in Program Management
- Planning SW knowledge (e.g. ERP)
