Cooperativa Socioculturale seleziona un/una **Social Media Manager e Content Creator** da impiegarsi per il servizio in gestione alla Biblioteca e ai Musei di Monfalcone.
- Ideazione, creazione e pubblicazione di **contenuti foto e video originali** per i canali social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, sito web).
- Gestione e aggiornamento dei profili social, in linea con il piano editoriale e lo stile comunicativo istituzionale.
- Elaborazione di **copy e testi** efficaci per post, campagne e materiali digitali.
- Copertura foto e video di **eventi pubblici, manifestazioni, inaugurazioni e conferenze stampa**, anche in orari serali o festivi.
- Monitoraggio delle interazioni online e gestione dei messaggi ricevuti.
- Collaborazione con l’Ufficio Stampa e gli altri settori del Comune di Monfalcone per una comunicazione coordinata e coerente.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Esperienza nella **gestione di canali social professionali** e/o nella **produzione di contenuti foto e video**.
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di gráfica, montaggio e scheduling (Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, ecc.).
- Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e buona capacità di scrittura per il web.
- Conoscenza dei linguaggi e trend dei principali social network.
- Spirito di iniziativa, creatività, flessibilità oraria e attitudine al lavoro in team.
- Preferibile domicilio a Monfalcone o limitrofi;
- Disponibilità a lavorare **anche nei fine settimana, in orari serali e durante festività**, in occasione di eventi.
- Si valutano anche **profili junior o con prime esperienze**, purché motivati, curiosi e con una forte inclinazione alla comunicazione digitale.

- contratto a tempo determinato part time (si valutano anche collaborazioni in P.iva)
- Sede di lavoro: Monfalcone (GO)
