**Compliance & Risk Management Department**:
Are you a fresh graduate in a Master's degree in **Communication, Business Management or a related field**?

We are looking for brilliant graduates with a deep passion for the automotive industry and the drive to undertake a 6-month internship in a dynamic and international environment within our **Compliance & Risk Department** at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
- **Revolutionizing Compliance Communication**: Develop new concepts that go beyond traditional methods.
- **Creating Smart Digital Solutions**: Design and produce digital content for compliance communication, including tips and short events.
- **Enhancing E-Learning**: Update and develop e-learning training programs based on Group standards and minimum requirements
- **Leveraging AI tools for Intranet Development**: Assist in developing intranet pages and utilizing AI for tracking archives.
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
- Language Knowledge: Strong communication skills in English and good communication skills in italian. German will be a plus;
- Educational Background: Background of Humanistic or Management studies;
- Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency with digital tools for communication and tracking activities (e.g. Office Suite);
- Innovative & Proactive Mindset: Proactive in proposing new ideas, methods for communication and training.
