**Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities**:

- Recording Fixed Assets
- Depreciation Calculation
- Performing reconciliations between fixed asset registers and the general ledger to ensure consistency.
- Assisting in the tagging and tracking of physical assets, ensuring proper identification and accountability.
- Reporting: Preparing fixed asset-related reports for management, auditors, or regulatory purposes.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies, while maintaining proper documentation.
- Support in the implementation of the new FA module.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Professional Skills**: Knowledge of accounting principles.
- ** Experience**: Any experience in the role in highly appreciated.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- ** Behavioural Requirements**:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability of meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
