**Partner with the best**
As a Demand & Capacity Optimization Planner, you will develop demand and supply process for Field Service activities to ensure the proper fulfillment and meet customer needs and carry out special projects requiring data reporting or process improvement.

As a Demand & Capacity Optimization Planner, you will be responsible for:

- Investigating and developing demand plans with regions, driving data quality, standard methodologies and open communication
- Managing accuracy of forecast versus actual assignments, operation output versus commitment
- Supporting translating the field demand into field service eng skills pre-assignment with the aim to bridge efficiently with downstream processes
- Monitoring and controling adherence to plan and assigned priorities, adopting Lean approach through KPIs bowler tracking
- Contributing to the Site Operation demand and capacity forecast & planning process for field activities.
- ⁠Developing and implementing processes and systems improvements for Site Operation organization using analytical approach, supported by machine learning methods/techniques, as well as coordinate cross functional initiatives
- Interacting with the site operations organization Center of Excellence & Regions to prioritize and drive resolution on capacity issues that may impact demand plans.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Have a Bachelor's degree required, major in engineering, business, marketing, supply chain, operations preferred.
- Have a background and interest for Lean Business methodologies and tools.
- Have broad knowledge of forecasting, product distribution, scheduling.
- Have experience with forecasting and inventory planning, business intelligence and software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office, Power Platform, etc.)
- Have project management and consulting skills with the ability to influence, work effectively and implement solutions in a diverse team environment.
- Be familiar with financials and business processes
- Have strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, presentation and time management skills.
- Be able to react to situations with a sense of urgency.
- Be fluent in English and Italian
