**Head of Manufacturing - Food & Beverage**

La figura, riportando all’Operations Director, sarà responsabile della gestione di tutte le attività produttive del plant: planning, blending, bottling, maintenance, gestione dei costi, assicurando che vengano allocate le giuste risorse e che venga garantita la delivery nel rispetto dei più alti standard qualitativi e di sicurezza.

In particolare, il ruolo prevede:

- Previsione delle richieste del cliente e relativa allocazione del budget;
- Pianificazione della produzione del lungo termine;
- Adesione ai KPI aziendali;
- Collaborazione con il procurement;
- Pianificazione delle attività di blending e bottling, con responsabilità sull’intero processo;
- Revisione delle capacità aziendali, allocazione delle risorse e reporting;
- Attuazione di misure preventive e correttive al fine di rispettare i costi;
- Gestione della qualità e implementazione dei tool digitali.

Sono richiesti:

- Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo (in aziende operanti nei mondi spirits, beverage, food, cosmesi), con particolare attenzione alla pianificazione della produzione e alla gestione dei processi inerenti (es. blending, bottling);
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di interfacciarsi con le varie funzioni aziendali (procurement, QSE, mantenimento e gestione della clientela);
- Conoscenza di tematiche di project e change management;
- Lean manufacturing (5S, SIM, problem solving, changeover optimization);
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
