The Insurance Specialist, as Customer Journey Expert in the Squad Protection, in the Agile organization within the Tribe Lending & Protection, has crucial role in understanding customer behavior and translating into initiative/deliverables for:

- product definition (mainly driven by insurer/manufacturer);
- customer journey optimization to increase Conversion Ratio in quote&buy phase;
- marketing and sales action (campaign, promo, incentive on distribution sales forces, digital) to achieve distribution target;
- post-sale/claims journey for the best Customer Experience, in accordance with the insurers.

He/She will work on all the activities related to development, management and harmonization of the protection offer, both at local and global level, that will be implemented, in accordance with Global Team and local insurers/manufacturers.

The Customer Journey Expert works together with other experts to achieve the squad's mission, mainly, with the main other Bank areas such as operations and sales, digital teams, brand, marketing, privacy, AML, legal and compliance, also at central level and aligned with insurance/manufacturers one.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Applies expert Preotection (Life and Non Life) insurance product and process knowledge, for better Customer Journey and user experience;
- Collaborate with the main Bank area and Global Team for all the activities related to Protection insurance products management (i.e. IT and operational departments for process and product optimization; channels/digital/marketing for commercial results, legal, privacy and compliance for non financial risk control);
- Applies the best marketing practices, cooperate with brand, digital sales, channels to coordinate actions, to achieve commercial sales target, optimizing channels efficiency and mix;
- Presentations and reports for the Management and eventually H.O. contributing actively to a setup of monitoring;
- Local Insurance Market and Competitors understanding and analysis;
- Work in an Agile way, actively contributing to all events of the sprints by asking, answering and challenging; creating/updating backlog for a concrete planning and to achieve results/strategic priorities, involving the impacted stakeholders according to specific business needs.
**Competencies**:

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, solution oriented;
- Capability to work in a matrix context with multiples stakeholders (local/central, internal/external);
- Knowledge of bancassurance retail Protection insurance products (Credit Protection Insurance, Term life and Income Protection, Living, Motor and Wellness) with understanding of the bancassurance market, benchmark and competitors overview;
- Previous working experience in the bancassurance product design/offer (both on bank or insurance side) will be a plus;
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise presentation;
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (i.e. Excel and Powerpoint);
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
