Overview:
Anche se non hai un contatto diretto con i clienti, le Tue responsabilità sono strategiche per il successo del Cafe. Presso Hard Rock sarai considerato un addetto alla cucina a 360° e imparerai a svolgere le seguenti funzioni:

- Lavapiatti
- Allievo Cuoco
- Cuoco di Linea
- Receiver

**Responsibilities**:
Le funzioni di base nel Cuore della Casa comprendono:

- Ricevere e ordinare prodotti
- Realizzare ricette e menu speciali
- Mantenere puliti e in ordine la cucina, l'area di attività, la stanza dei piatti e il retro della cucina
- Mettere in pratica le direttive in materia di salute e sicurezza
- Dimostrarsi premurosi
- Relazionarsi in modo professionale con i colleghi e lo staff Front-of-the-House
- Pulire i piatti e avviare la lavastoviglie
- Eseguire un corretto stoccaggio dei prodotti
- Riciclare i prodotti

I requisiti per questo lavoro comprendono:

- Avere almeno 18 anni d'età
- Eseguire compiti che richiedono di piegarsi e alzarsi
- Sollevare e trasportare contenitori, cestelli di piatti e bidoni per i rifiuti con un peso fino a 45,35 Kg
- Stare in piedi o camminare per più di 8 ore
- Mantenere un aspetto curato (“having a plan”)
- Conformarsi alle direttive in materia di uniforme
- Mettere in pratica le direttive in materia di salute e sicurezza
- Riciclare i prodotti, ove possibile
- Rimanere calmo nell'ambito di un'atmosfera frenetica e movimentata
- Dar prova di un alto livello di organizzazione, cura per i dettagli e sense-of-urgency
- Mostrare un atteggiamento positivo e amichevole nei confronti degli ospiti
- Farsi portatore dei 5 valori chiave e obiettivi di HRC
