**Position Snapshot**
- Nespresso, Milan HQ
- Permanent contract
- University Degree (engineering, environmental or technical-scientific areas)
- Experience in managing sustainability topics and projects is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years in a similar role
- Previous experience in multinational companies (food and beverage or retail) or in primary consulting firms really appreciated
- Fluent in English and Italian

**Position Summary**

You will have a pivotal role in the further development and tracking of the sustainability strategy, roadmap, and its execution. To this purpose you will collaborate with all the involved Nespresso departments, as well as with suppliers, and Nespresso Headquarter. You will also be responsible for reporting activities related to the environmental and social performance. You will propose ideas on new ways of working and innovation.

**A day in the life of Sustainability Specialist**
- Managing and improving capsule recycling projects, in constant interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to the monitoring, reporting and improvement of the company carbon footprint to meet Net Zero targets.
- Implementing actions for the continuous improvement of the company positioning as Società Benefit and certified B Corp.
- Collecting relevant data and information and preparing the annual Impact Report.
- Monitoring the development of the company sustainability strategy and preparing relevant documentation according to local and/or HQ guidelines and request.
- Benchmarking activities on emerging topics or new projects.
- Support internal departments on projects related to sustainability topics and training.
- Monitoring budget and managing contracts for active and prospect collaborations with external partners.
