**Descrizione del posto**: The Swatch Group (Italia) S.p.A. ricerca una figura di Field Training Officer da inserire all'interno del Brand Breguet. La risorsa seguirà sul field i wholesaler Breguet del mercato italiano al fine di garantire l'adeguata rappresentatività del marchio attraverso diversi canali: - Fisico (stock control e visual merchandising) - Training (formazione del team di vendita) - Digital (seguendo gli input del mercato locale affinché il marchio sia rappresentato correttamente sui canali dei social media) In particolare, la figura di Field Training Officer si occuperà di: - Formare il team di vendita dei punti vendita, sulla storia e l'identità del marchio, sul prodotto e sulle novità. - Monitorare il visual merchandising del cliente, garantendo standard di eccellenza - Controllare lo stock e il mix di prodotti del cliente - Raccogliere eventuali ordini di prodotti - Monitorare l'andamento dei competitor all'interno dei punti vendita - Lavorare a stretto contatto con il Brand Manager e il responsabile del marketing per implementare la strategia e le esigenze del marchio.
**Il vostro profilo**: Laurea in economia o management. Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili in Aziende del settore luxury. Disponibile a trasferte frequenti sul territorio italiano (80% del tempo). Conoscenza dei principali tool (Sales Force è un plus).
**Conoscenze delle lingue**: Inglese parlato e scritto. Il francese è un plus.
