**RECEPTIONIST/STUDY ADVISOR**

**Job Details**

The Receptionist/Study Advisor reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming learning environment. The receptionist takes care of students’ class attendance and progress and is responsible for the educational support of the students during their course. The Receptionist contributes to the students’ learning, motivates and gives feedback.

**Duties include**:

- welcoming clients and students
- booking classes and carrying out follow-up
- contributing to reaching the service department Key Performance Indicators.
- promoting good study habits
- providing study advice and motivating students towards their learning objective
- providing feedback on students’ progress to facilitate renewal and referral appointments

**Your Profile**
- Excellent level of English
- University degree completed or in progress
- Excellent interpersonal skills - patient, responsible, and empathetic
- Dedicated and dynamic within a team environment
- Inspiring and supportive to Students
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on students’ needs
- Well presented
- Time spent in an English-speaking country an advantage
