**SUSTAINING ENGINEERING MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
Riportando direttamente al General Manager e coordinando un piccolo team di lavoro la persona inserita sarà responsabile di gestire il prodotto nelle fasi successive al lancio.

Interagendo quotidianamente con le aree R&D, Quality, Manufacturing e Purchasing il Sustaining Engineering Manager coordinerà le attività di ottimizzazione di prodotto, raccogliendo in modo sistemico e strutturato gli spunti di miglioramento, individuando le soluzioni più opportune a livello di modifiche e supervisionando i progetti di revisione prodotto/re-engineering.

La reale conoscenza della lingua inglese e la buona padronanza di SW di progettazione 3D (Solidworks preferenziale) sono assolutamente imprescindibili.
