**Ruolo**:Marine Cargo & Liabilities Insurance Specialist

wtw è alla ricerca di un profillo con esperienza in ambito **Marine Cargo** **Insurance**; la risorsa verrà inserita nel team di Milano o Genova e si occuperà della gestione Clienti, piazzamento dei rischi sui principali mercati assicurativi nazionali ed internazionali, nonché a supporto dell’attività commerciale.

**Attività e Responsabilità del Ruolo**:

- Analisi del rischio e valutazione delle esigenze assicurative, volte al piazzamento sul mercato assicurativo;
- Valutare le migliori soluzioni assicurative e negoziare con gli Underwriters per trovare la migliore soluzione in termini di copertura / pricing rispetto alle esigenze dei Clienti;
- Presentazione a Prospect e Clienti dei termini e della portata delle soluzioni adottate;
- Fidelizzazione della Clientela esistente mediante servizio di follow-up / gestione del portafoglio esistente:

- supporto tecnico sulla gestione del contratto assicurativo;
- gestione della documentazione legata al contratto assicurativo: emissione di dichiarazioni di copertura e certificati assicurativi, testo di polizza, appendici di variazione, regolazioni premio, partecipazioni agli utili eccetera;
- remarketing e rinnovi dei contratti;
- supporto ai Colleghi dell’ufficio sinistri in caso di problematiche emerse durante la gestione dei reclami / interpretazione del wording di polizza;
- Relazione con il Network WTW per quanto concerne i programmi internazionali;
- Interazione con back-office WTW;
- Sviluppo del portafoglio esistente ed acquisizione di nuovi Clienti;
- Expertise a supporto dei Clienti nella gestione e mitigazione del rischio “Loss Prevention”;
- Analisi della contrattualistica (es: contratti di fornitura di servizi di trasporto e logística)

**Skills Richieste**:

- **Esperienza** pregressa presso Società di Intermediazione Assicurativa (Broker o Agenzia), Compagnie di Assicurazione o presso Operatori Logistici su tematiche Marine Cargo e di Responsabilità (Responsabilità Civile Generale, Responsabilità Civile Vettoriale etc.)
- **Inglese Fluente, **Level international B2 / C1
- Diploma di Laurea
- Esperienza relazionale:

- Gestione e pianificazione del tempo, lavorando su più progetti simultaneamente;
- Capacità analitiche e innovative, buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e processi
- Abilità nel lavorare sia in team che autonomamente;
- Interesse e curiosità verso il mondo della consulenza e brokeraggio assicurativo
