You will contribute to making faster and efficient the whole logistic process and the management of the warehouses in order to achieve the company sales targets at our plant in Modena and maintaining a proper and safe work environment according to our ESH procedures and the operative safety standards of the entire logistic area. **Your Responsibilities**: - Inbound/outbound warehouse management respecting safety standards and the best handling, inventory stock of the material, loading and unloading of the raw materials, general materials, waste and finished goods - Preparation of the material, including packaging and documentation, and management of the transportation to customers/suppliers/External warehouses - Manages shipments status, goods not picked up yet and tracks with carriers the situation of what is travelling, updating the Logistic manager, customers, suppliers - Manages the ERP system, receiving of the material, shipments, maintenance of logistics information - Manages the physical and digital archiving of all logistic documentation (DDT, import customs documentation and various) **Your Qualifications and Skills**: - First experience in a similar role - Forklift license and practice in material handling - Use of ERP systems and MS Office - Fluently in Italian language and englisch on Level B1 - Dangerous goods management - Good communication and relationship skills What could you expect: Our corporate culture is based on the values of integrity, respect, bravery, collaboration, and persistence, we call it "Our Way".
