The role is primarily responsible for managing consolidation processes and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data across the Group. The resource also plays a key role in strengthening quality controls, while providing support to selected activities within the local Monthly Reporting Submission.
The role includes the direct coordination of One External Resource assigned to the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Consolidation
a. Act as process owner for all consolidation activities managed within GBS
b. Perform detailed checks and reconciliations on data flows on (NFP, Equity, Dividends, etc)
c. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Disclosures

2. Quality Checks & Analytical Controls
a. Lead the reconciliation tower
b. Develop and expand the Reconciliation & Controls Perimeter
c. Provide visibility on the status of the Balance Sheet
d. Reinforce controls to monitor and analyze differences between IFRS and Local GAAPs

3. Local Submission
a. Provide Support to local submission process on specific accounting and reporting activities
b. Contribute to IFRS16 supervision
c. Support the monitoring of Excise Tax accounting and compliance processes

4. People Management
a. Coordinate one external resource directly assigned to the team ensuring alignment, task prioritization, quality of deliverables

5. General
a. Promote continuous improvement and data quality among all reporting processes
b. Ensure the completeness of SOPs

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience within accounting or financial control
- Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAPs
- Experience with SAP ERP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
- Fluent English
