Product Manager

**Posizione**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of our Agriculture&Construction telematics products&services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and defining the product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, customer service and manufacturing to ensure that our solutions meets the needs of our customers and drives business growth.

**Activities**:

- Lead the product strategy and vision for our Agriculture&Construction telematics solutions, working closely with all relevant actors of the concerned markers, customers, potential customers and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and opportunities
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of our customers in an international context; with relative business model.
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, customer service, manufacturing and communication teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption
- Define product requirements and use cases, and work with engineering teams to prioritize and execute on them
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continually improve the product and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and define the complete life cycle of products and services, driving the adoption of the product among target customers

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, marketing of technological solutions, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management in a software or technology-related field
- Demonstrated experience developing and launching telematics solutions (hardware and software) in the Agriculture&Construction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to lead and influence without formal authority, and drive consensus among stakeholders
