**Job Description Summary**: Supporting Marketing activity helping in action plan implementation and developing material and tools useful to better communicate AR&R value proposition. This role is a mix of administrative tasks related to event’s organization and digital capabilities linked to campaigns management

**About the role**:
**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Manage **promotional material stock** and prepare, collect and ship all the promotional material which is needed for Congresses and Workshops
- Support **Digital campaigns and activities** to increase AR&R visibility on virtual channels:

- Creation of local promotional campaigns and cooperate with Europe in localization of central ones: development of promo messages on specific target groups in cooperation with local and EU Marketing Monitor campaigns output evaluating and putting in place corrective actions and further improvement with local Marketing Help in webinar organization
- Deal with **Veeva Vault System** to declinate and validate local promotional and informational material (brochures related to local activities and presentations)
- Cooperation with local Marketing in BD **product customization process**:

- Help Sales & Marketing Manager in** expenses BDGT follow up**

**About you**:

- Microsoft Office Package proficient
- Previous Experience with Salesforce with focus on the marketing part (digital campaign)
- English proficient
