As **F&B Events Sales**, you are passionate about promoting our F&B outlets and creating exceptional event experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing and developing the database of our F&B and Events’ customers.
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales.
- Promote the F&B Outlets of the Hotel in order to maximise revenue.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
- Preparing the BEO to better address all the events details to the operational teams.
- Collaborating with the other departments of the Hotel in creating exceptional events for our clients.
- Creating and maintaining event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.
