**Your main responsibilities**
- To develop, plan, research and implement pricing actions that drive additional profit for the company through product, customer or geographical pricing projects
- To perform semi-complex pricing analysis of customer data, competitive data, and product data to develop recommendations on pricing adjustments
- To work closely with product marketing and other business unit management to understand product strategies
- To use research to provide guidance and recommendations for market pricing
- To analyze data using Excel, database tools and pricing management tools
- To present pricing recommendations to sales staff, Pricing Steering Committee and Finance as needed
- To assist with annual price change process as well as to maintain contact with sales and product managers to determine pricing trends in the marketplace
- To perform daily pricing tasks which include managing pricing agreements or proposals
- To analyze market information relative to pricing agreements, market share and sales volume as well as to track, evaluate, and report the status of pricing agreements
- To provide and support post sales revenue and margin analysis
- To recommend, design and implement special pricing programs as needed

What you need to bring with you
- You are under 30 years old
- Degree in Accounting, Analytics Business, Finance or Statistics preferred
- Project and database management skills preferred
- SAP, WebFOCUS, and pricing management tools ( ex: Zilliant, Vendavo, etc.) experience preferred
- You gained at least 3 months in a relevant internship experience
- You have excellent command of Italian language as well as English
- Effective collaboration in teamwork
- Be a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element
