What you will be doing
You will be part of the Central marketing team and support with your expertise the Brand Marketing Director. As Campaign and Media Manager you will develop and ensure implementation of campaigns aligned with Marketing strategy goals - both on a national and international level.

You will:
Build impactful omnichannel (offline/online/hybrid) plans to impact brand awareness, consideration and company growth
Centrally define and coordinate marketing campaigns in collaboration with the internal relevant stakeholders - e.g. brand and creative teams - focusing on a variety of topics, from product to brand purpose or other global initiatives
Coordinate and actively contribute to content creation for both always-on and hero campaigns focusing on key Satispay features while ensuring powerful messaging in line with the company’s values
Ensure the successful implementation of campaigns locally thanks to the development and distribution of toolkits and thanks to multi-countries planning, in collaboration with local country marketing managers
Define and execute the best media plan for each campaign, by identifying the right and channel mix to achieve campaign’s goals
Manage, monitor and report on the process of media efficiency and deliver ongoing optimization
Support the test & learn of campaigns and media
Manage commercial deals towards efficiency, including negotiating, onboarding, compliance, accounting and reporting
Partner and challenge stakeholders to ensure a full-funnel approach is fully embedded in the decisions
Identifying users’ and merchants’ needs by deeply understanding Satispay target audiences and how our product works locally, to create data-driven, actionable insights for creative & marketing teams
Build detailed data-driven and insightful briefs to be shared with internal and external stakeholders - if needed - in order to ensure full understanding of the campaigns core goals by all the parties involved
Ensure the alignment between all stakeholders involved in campaigns development and execution (Country marketing managers, Central marketing functions, Creative teams and external agencies)
What we need
8+ years of developing and leading data-driven, integrated media strategies, plans and campaigns on multi-countries scope
Past experience in a media agency in the role of strategic planner or executive account manager is considered a plus
Omni channel planning experience; including, social, programmatic, influencer marketing, radio, OOH
Deep familiarity with the European media landscape, omnichannel media planning
Deep familiarity with campaign tracking
Proven understanding of media management processes, including campaign management, optimizations, and reportings
Seasoned project manager with great organisational skills, able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver impressive results
Communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in written
Ability to constantly collaborate with other departments at local and central level to achieve goals
Team player attitude; love the challenge of being part of a startup and creating structures
A positive, commercial problem solving mindset with an outgoing, dynamic character
