The Planning and Product Life Cycle Department approaches stock management as the main driver to support sales, creating efficiency along the overall Product Life Cycle, following an Omnichannel approach, with the final goal to offer the best customer experience.

The Demand & Inventory Planning team, contributes to customer satisfaction in reaching the highest Service Level and stock availability, minimizing the stock coverage, and having a proactive approach to avoid stockout events.

The WW Senior Demand & Inventory Planner assures the optimum WW stock Allocation & Distribution at the WW Omnichannel level to reach the best product availability for both Seasonal and Permanent items

He/She shares the global guidelines at the WW level and provides continuous training to the regional teams to implement the best practices and improve the stock management and distribution processes.
- Develops and supports WW Demand & Inventory Management projects to optimize stock management processes and flows
- Provides WW KPI Reporting and Monitoring, proposing corrective actions.
- With the support of the regional teams assures the optimum WW Omnichannel Stock Distribution monitoring the quantitative and qualitative stock distribution Kpi and providing guidance and corrective actions to the regional teams for their responsability perimeter.
- Coordinates with all the stakeholders to optimize the distribution process (regional teams, Supply Chain, Logistics) considering their responsibility perimeter.
- Defines and manages the tool settings for stock management and distribution.
- Provides Regional Offices’ continuous training, support and workflow improvement, sharing best Practices and HQ guidelines, driving the regional teams through a continuous learning process and training on the job.
- Maintains a direct interaction with all the involved company functions to coordinate stock drops and stock needs to correctly support sales at WW Omnichannel level.
- Contributes to tool continuous improvement.
- Provides Stock and Distribution KPI Reports at WW and Omnichannel level, proposing corrective actions to improve the KPIs results.
- Participate to the daily team activities

**Profile**:

- **Economics or Engineering** Bachelor degree holder, previous working experiences in the retail industry considered as a plus
- Fluency in English (Italian is a plus)
- **Advanced use of Microsoft Office is Mandatory**; SAP, AS400, Board, Business Object knowledge is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles,
- Team player e Positive thinker
- Proactive approach
- Good level of independence and decision-making in a dynamic contest.
- **Strong Analytic propension** and continuous improvement oriented
- Willing to travel abroad
- Passion for Loro Piana products and the environment
