Car Airport Bus soc. coop., ricerca operante in Roma nel settore Customer Care e con sede a Roma risorse da inserire in organico come OPERATORI/TRICI CALL CENTER/GESTIONE CLIENTI in ambito di servizi da Noleggio con conducente.

Le risorse saranno chiamate a fornire assistenza al cliente, intercettando le esigenze dell'utenza. Utilizzeranno software gestionali. E' prevista una formazione precedente all'ingresso in operativo e sulla gestione del cliente a sistema, di durata di una settimana circa.
- lingua inglese ( C2)
- esperienza nella gestione telefonica del cliente;
- conoscenza anche mínima del settore Noleggio con conducente; e dalla città di Roma
- buona dimestichezza con strumenti digitali;
- Spiccate doti relazionali e commerciali.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Apprendistato, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 3 mesi

Stipendio: €1.000,00 - €1.200,00 al mese

Disponibilità:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
- Festivo
- Turni
- Turno diurno

Retribuzione supplementare:

- Bonus annuale
