La risorsa si occuperà di dare supporto alle attività di marketing, formazione e reporting rete Driver. DRIVER CENTER è un marchio registrato da Pirelli che identifica la rete costituita da rivenditori indipendenti ed esterni al gruppo Pirelli specializzati nella vendita di pneumatici e nella fornitura di servizi legati al mondo dell’auto e in generale della mobilità.

**Attività**:

- Supporto alle attività di marketing di rete e nello specifico:

- Trade marketing (ad esempio: gestione materiali PoS, identificazione punti di vendita, materiali di comunicazione, analisi di geomarketing, attivazione leve marketing, aggiornamento anagráfica )
- Aggiornamento e gestione Catalogo Driver
- Organizzazione eventi di rete (ad esempio: riunioni regionali)
- Attività di amministrazione budget (ad esempio RdA)
- Supporto alle attività di reporting di rete e nello specifico:

- Report sell out (panel Driver)
- Analisi report GFK
- Cruscotti dealer
- Piano recruiting e gestione nuovi contratti
- File di avanzamento attività per dealer (valorizzatore)
- Supporto alle attività di formazione relative a:

- Gestione del catalogo e del calendario formativo (Driver Campus)
- Coordinamento fornitore piattaforma Driver Campus
- Gestione fornitori della formazione
- Allineamento con funzioni prodotto e formazione Pirelli
- Reporting presenza partecipanti
- Reporting valutazione formazione
- Laboratori on line

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea scientifica (preferibile ingegneria o Economia)
- Buona conoscenza e esperienza pratica nell’utilizzo di excel e power point
- Conoscenza e utilizzo del pacchetto MS Office overall
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2)
- Approccio analitico ai compiti assegnati e accuratezza nell’esecuzione
- Orientamento al problem solving
- Approccio pragmatico ai progetti
- Attitudine al lavoro in team
- Capacità di organizzazione e coordinamento
- Interesse ad approfondire tematiche retail
