**Human Resources Specialist (Dutch speaking)**

Are you fond of HR, and would you like to use your language skills? Do you want to play an important role in the success of a renown Automotive company? Then this may be the opportunity you’re looking for As HR Specialist, you will be working closely together with the operations, primarily in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries, helping and guiding MSX employees. In this role, you will make employees happy, and through that you will contribute to making MSX a good place to work

**The Role**:

- Partner with team members, regional stakeholders and local markets, supporting the end-to-end service delivery of People Operations;
- Provide assistance, guidance, advice to employees, line managers and senior leaders;
- Perform administration and fulfilment on identifies employee lifecycle processes;
- Execute all human resources transactions, such as onboarding, termination, staff movement, HR reporting, internal audits, personnel information management, and contract management;
- Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Experience in HR
- Experience in an international company and/or shared services function
- Result oriented mindset
- Focus on detail
- Structured way of working
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks
