COMPANY PROFILE:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Service Zone Manager will serve as direct company/brand representative to dealers and customers, portraying brand image.
- He/She will:
- Manage Relationship with service department of the dealers.
- Supporting dealers to grow in the support they offer customers and profitability of their own business.
- Escalate and follow up safety topics coming from the dealers.
- Manage policy spending budgets within target, policy claim approval.
- Monitoring warranty dealers activity.
- Provide technical feedback from the field to product support, on dealer/customer issues.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage relationship between NH brand and dealers.
- Ensure that incident reports (fire, personal injury or fatalities) are submitted in an appropriate and timely manner. Support the legal team in case of litigation with technical expertise.
- Support the dealers to increase the service profitability (Workshop KPIs)
- Support the dealers to follow the right process (recall campaign, arrival report, pre delivery report)
- Ensure that all dealer inquiries are properly reported in our company
- Work with field sales and parts departments for resolution of product/customer issues
- Drive the dealers to improve the NPS (net promoters score) and manage the red alert.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor in Mechanical, Agriculture, Business, or technical equivalent degree.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- At least 2+ years of field experience in service.
- Team player, collaboration with other departments in CNHi will be key.
- Excellent communication skills with capacity to influence decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of dealer business systems with a full understanding of KPI’s.
- Excellent knowledge of farming industry and Agriculture Equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with problem solving capabilities.
- High level of autonomy and flexibility (travel, seasonal peaks).
- Travel up to 80% is a requirement.
