Siamo alla ricerca di un** HEAD OF ENGINEERING SERVICES**, basato presso lo stabilimento ed HQ di Bologna, che riporterà all'**R&D Director**. In questo ruolo ti occuperai di coordinare l’area di **Servizi Ingegneria** individuando le priorità e le attività dei processi di omologazione, di elaborazione della documentazione técnica e della distinta base di progetto, in conformità con i programmi di sviluppo prodotto.

Queste saranno le tue principali **Responsabilità**:

- Definire le priorità e assegnare le attività ai suoi collaboratori secondo i programmi di sviluppo di R&D
- Garantire la conformità dei progetti alle Normative, Regolamenti e Standard in vigore ai fini della omologazione e immatricolazione dei prodotti
- Garantire l’ottenimento della omologazione dei nuovi prodotti e delle eventuali estensioni
- Assicurare la disponibilità della documentazione técnica per il Service (manuali, cataloghi ricambi, istruzioni di guida, etc.) nei tempi programmati di consegna del veicolo
- Responsabile della conformità delle caratteristiche tecniche e prestazioni del veicolo offerto in gara ai requisiti di capitolato
- Garantire il rilascio della documentazione técnica di offerta entro i termini di scadenza della gara
- Assicurare l’implementazione e l’aggiornamento della distinta base dei progetti
- Verificare il resoconto delle attività assegnate ai suoi collaboratori

Questi i nostri **MUST**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria o diploma tecnico
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito **Omologazione/Engineering/R&D**:

- Esperienza pregressa di people management
