La risorsa selezionata, all'interno di un team di Configuration Management Support Engineering ben strutturato che si occupa di Turbine Heavy Duty e Aeroderivate, intraprenderà un intenso percorso di formazione mirato a costruire le competenze necessarie alla gestione di un articolata serie di attività di esecuzione dei progetti, dalla Riunione-Apertura-Commessa (RAC) alla riunione finale di avvio del Cliente, con particolare attenzione agli aspetti tecnici, al budget, alla pianificazione e alla collaborazione costante con tutti i dipartimenti di ingegneria (progettazione, definizione di nuovi prodotti e qualità), supply chain (produzione e approvvigionamento) e team commerciali.
A tendere, la risorsa
- dovrà garantire l'esecuzione dei progetti senza intoppi, concentrandosi sull'efficienza, la produttività e le metriche di On-Time Delivery (OTD), e sarà l’esecutore e revisore delle specifiche tecniche di acquisto e della distinta base (BOM) a seguito delle riunioni di allineamento tecnico con il cliente per la configurazione e/o l'acquisto di turbine Heavy Duty.
- sarà altresì responsabile di mantenere aggiornati e técnicamente allineati tutti i documenti utilizzati per l'acquisto di componenti.
Infine dovrà mantenere integrata e aggiornata tutta la documentazione configurativa customizzata e standard (Master BOM, template di progettazione e limiti di quotazione) al fine di ottimizzare il lavoro quotidiano e supportare gli Application Engineer durante la fase di offerta.
**Work Experience
- Diploma Tecnico, o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica / Energetica / Gestionale (Triennale o Magistrale);
- conoscenza, capacità di comprensione / interpretazione del disegno tecnico;
- eventuale familiarità con sistemi CAD (idealmente Siemens NX) sarà considerata requisito preferenziale;
- eventuale background in ambito turbomachinery sarà considerato requisito preferenziale;
- solida padronanza della lingua inglese per operatività in contesto multinazionale
Completano il profilo ideale spiccate doti analitiche, di precisione, pianificazione, organizzazione, metodo e problem solving, orientamento al risultato in contesto lavorativo dinamico e caratterizzato da stringenti deadlines, affidabilità, flessibilità, autonomia, proattività nonché forti capacità di comunicazione, persuasione e gestione delle relazioni.
