Cluster Accounting Professional
- The role of **Cluster Accounting Professional** is based in our site in **Mnichovo Hradiste, Czech Republic.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee general accounting operations up to financial and statutory reporting for an assigned Business Group or Country.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of General Ledger entries and month-end closings.
- Manage account reconciliations, backlog clearance, and documentation (KPIs, SOPs).
- Supervise and support subledger activities (intercompany, VAT, banks, fixed assets, etc.).
- Coordinate with Controlling, Tax, and Treasury departments for key transactions and provisions.
- Organize the accounting team to deliver quality service and act as the contact point for financial entities.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations, internal controls, and corporate accounting policies.
- Prepare statutory accounts and drive financial reporting processes to ensure timely sign-off.
- Collaborate with Regional Hubs, Finance BPOs, and Group functions to drive improvements.
- Promote standardization and continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (Master’s degree or certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, ideally within industrial or shared service center environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, SAP Finance is a plus.
- Familiarity with RPA tools, Microsoft Power Automate, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Czech and English on upper-intermediate level (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong adaptability and emotional intelligence in fast-changing environments.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to process optimization.
