**SALES ASSISTANT - PALERMO**:
La figura ricercata presenta un'esperienza consolidata in ruolo analogo e proviene da realtà strutturate nell’ambito del Fashion Retail.
MISSION DELLA POSIZIONE
Assistere, consigliare ed orientare i clienti nelle operazioni e nelle scelte di acquisto sempre in un’ottica di vendita assistita, abbinando tecniche di vendita e conoscenza del prodotto, ricercando costantemente soluzioni volte alla fidelizzazione e garantendo una customer experience ed una qualità del servizio nel rispetto delle direttive e delle politiche aziendali.
ATTIVITA’ PRINCIPALI
Garantire l’applicazione della politica commerciale dell’azienda.
Garantire la massima customer satisfaction.
Accogliere, assistere, orientare e consigliare il cliente nella fase di vendita nel rispetto dei processi di vendita aziendali, comprendendone le specifiche esigenze e assicurando la cura della qualità del servizio, operando sempre in un’ottica di suggestive selling e multiple selling.
Gestire le fasi del processo di vendita aziendale, presentare le caratteristiche dei prodotti e le promozioni in corso.
Garantire un elevato standard di informazione verso i clienti rispetto alle caratteristiche dei prodotti.
Ricevere, controllare e stoccare la merce.
Allestire e rifornire gli spazi espositivi, curando la qualità, l’ordine e la pulizia dell’esposizione e valorizzando il prodotto, secondo le direttive visual e le linee guida aziendali.
Assistere il cliente durante le fasi di post vendita.
Mantenere in ordine prodotti e magazzino.
Gestire le attività di cassa e dei pagamenti POS, seguendo le procedure aziendali in merito alla gestione delle transazioni di pagamento.
Garantire l’ordine, la pulizia e l’organizzazione del punto vendita.
Monitorare i beni all’interno del punto vendita, segnalando eventuali violazioni in merito alla sicurezza ed agire i comportamenti necessari atti a prevenire i furti.
**Sono richiesti**:
Esperienza in ruolo analogo di almeno 2 anni in Realtà strutturate.
Esperienza consolidata nelle tecniche di vendita assistita
Forte passione per il settore del Fashion Retail
Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
Orientamento al risultato
Ottime capacità organizzative
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
