Stiamo ricercando un/una Controller - Management Analysis & Reporting da inserire nella Business Unit Space, per la nostra sede di Roma.
La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
‒ Elaborare, analizzare e consolidare il Budget-Piano divisionale, definendo gli obiettivi da inserire al suo interno in collaborazione con i Presidi AFC di BU e delle JV;
‒ Assicurare a livello divisionale le analisi e il reporting divisionale in ottica consuntiva e prospettica;
‒ Supportare il processo decisionale divisionale, verificando gli scostamenti rispetto al budget e assicurando adeguati sistemi di monitoraggio;
‒ Assicurare il consolidamento del Conto Economico, Stato Patrimoniale e Flusso di Cassa Gestionali della Divisione per quanto riguarda il processo di Budget Piano, di Forecast e le chiusure mensili, infra-annuali e di Bilancio;
‒ Garantire la trasmissione consolidata delle informazioni verso il sistema di reportistica di Corporate;
- Garantire per quanto di competenza il supporto alle attività Divisionali in ambito ESG/sostenibilità;
- Supportare per quanto di competenza le attività di M&A e le operazioni straordinarie in coordinamento con le competenti UO Corporate
Seniority:
Senior, 5-10 anni di esperienza.
Titolo di studio:
Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale.
Competenze tecniche:
- Conoscenza dei principi contabili IFRS;- Competenze nella predisposizione di Budget e Forecasting;- Capacità di analisi finanziaria e predisposizione note di sintesi.
Competenze comportamentali:
- Predisposizione a lavorare in team;- Proattività;- Problem solving;- Capacità comunicative.
Competenze linguistiche:
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritto e parlato.
Competenze informatiche:
Pacchetto office in particolar modo Excel e Power point.
