**Responsibilities**:

- Create unique, visually stunning cocktails and mocktails that showcase your artistic flair and mixology expertise
- Develop seasonal drink menus featuring fresh, local ingredients and cutting-edge techniques
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and contemporary beverages with precision and style
- Engage guests with your charismatic personality and extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails
- Maintain an immaculately clean and organized bar area
- Manage bar inventory and collaborate with management on beverage program improvements
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a creative Bartender in a high-end hotel or cocktail bar
- Exceptional mixology skills with a passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and current beverage trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Italian and English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, luxury environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
