Supervisory Intelligence Specialist

**Duties**:

- Manages the assignment of Brigade assets to satisfy operational requirements and mission taskings.
- Coordinate operational strategies concerning intelligence support activities in response to global threats.

- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on SSBI and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- May be required to carry a pager or cell phone during on call status outside normal duty hours.
- May be required to deploy to exercise or contingency locations to provide expert support, possibly for 30 days or longer.
- Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel may be required 25% or less of the time.

- To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience equivalent to the GG/GS-13 that prepared you to do this job. Specialize experience is defined as experience developing contingency operations and military training exercises in accordance with intelligence policy; AND make recommendations on the validation of requirements for intelligence support. This definition of specialize experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the Federal service.
- Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
