We are looking for an Apprentice as Junior Customer Solution Architect, to join Factory Automation Team in Milan offices.
During the apprenticeship you will be trained in **2 years** with a focus mainly on artificial intelligence, industrial automation, and digital technologies and you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

**Your Challenge**
As **Junior Customer Solution Architect** with an apprenticeship contract some of your main activities will be:
- Support the sales team in defining technical solutions based on AI, automation, and digital twin technologies.
- Collaborate with the assigned tutor in gathering technical requirements and preparing presentations and demos for clients.
- Contribute to the design of scalable and innovative technology architectures.
- Participate in workshops with clients and partners to understand their needs and propose effective solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and market trends.
**What you need to bring with you**
- You have less than 29 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Interest in artificial intelligence, industrial automation, and digital technologies
- Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) and modeling tools
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Eligibility to work in Italy
