Curricular Internship

The Strategic Equity Solutions (SES) team leads the marketing, structuring and execution of corporate equity derivatives, equity linked financing, recourse and non recourse margin loans, otc derivatives, share repurchase, monetization, hedging and other transactions. The team identifies client opportunities, originates, and executes transactions for corporates, financial institutions, HNI, family offices and Sponsor clients. **What you'll be doing**: - Support the marketing, structuring and execution of products with clients by proactively producing content and engaging in marketing efforts with targets for transaction opportunities - Request and evaluate pricing, create term sheets and marketing materials for distribution - Develop and maintain models and databases to support the ongoing targeted marketing effort - Support internal process needs including product, risk, compliance or other approvals. Prepare internal memos for approval requests linked to transactions or other initiatives. Manage watch list and wall crossing approval requests and ensure team compliance of desk policies - Work with traders and other internal teams to efficiently produce and market content to clients.
