**Description**

For our Grid Integration Business Unit
- Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS), we are looking for **Global Product Group GPQSS Health Safety and Environment Manager **(f/m/d).

**Grid and Power Quality and Solutions and Service** (GPQSS) partners with customers to deliver scalable solutions for grid connection and power quality. Our solutions tackle the challenges of integration with today's evolving renewable energy sources and transmission and distribution networks to ensure power quality, reliability and availability.

**The main scope will be to**:

- Ensure development and implementation of a suitable HSE management system across GPQSS, aligned to BU HSE strategical and operational management needs;
- Manage and support the GPQSS Global ISO certification program for the HSE related parts;
- Lead the regional GPQSS HSE Managers community to develop suitable HSE & Sustainability governance models, including internal audit program, significant tools and KPI, specific trainings modules for the whole GPQSS organization;
- Act as the overall HSE & Sustainability Manager for the Power Electronics GCoCs;
- Join the BU HSE&Sust. Leadership team, participating, supporting, facilitating, implementing and deploying the strategical and tactical programs under the leadership of the BU HSE&S function.

**Your background**:

- University degree
- At least 10 years of experience in HSE
- Experience in project management, ideally at global or regional level, preferably in the energy, power, or oil & gas industry.
- Strong communication skills with the capability to effectively collaborate within and support matrixed leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledgeable of ISO, NEBOSH and IOSH certifications
- Fluent in English
- Availability to travel (around 20%)
