Siamo una catena alberghiera che ad oggi consiste di 9 strutture. Le strutture sono situate nella costa litorale veneta, in particolare a Caorle (VE). Gli hotel hanno 3, 4 e 5 stelle.

Stiamo cercando di ristrutturare l'organizzazione della nostra azienda e cerchiamo, tra le altre, una figura professionale di Executive Housekeeper (governante). La figura di governante che cerchiamo non deve essere dedicata a un singolo albergo, ma la responsabilità è rivolta all'intero gruppo.

Le competenze richieste quindi saranno:

- elevata esperienza nel settore pulizie e gestione delle cameriere di piano;
- capacità di ricercare e selezionare il personale;
- capacità di affrontare e risolvere problemi;
- flessibilità;
- capacità di sopportare e lavorare sotto stress;
- capacità di gestione degli acquisti di pulizia necessari;
- capacità di organizzazione del lavoro di pulizia;
- capacità di gestione del personale;
- monitoraggio continuo della qualità del lavoro;
L'obiettivo è quello di un contratto a tempo indeterminato a seconda delle condizioni.
