As Product Performance Specialist you will provide leadership in managing and evaluating Field Service technical support requests. You will provide customer service by communicating with our Field Technicians, Partners or Farmers coordinating the activities with other departments to best serve the needs of the customers. **Your Impact**
- Ensure proper level of technical support (2nd/3rd) driving to fast resolution
- Investigate, collect and prepare structured reports and analysis to backfill the stakeholders according to the defined communication agenda and following the appropriate process.
- Collaborate with others departments and factories to ensure the product is meeting the Customer Expectation assist and monitor technical requests coming from dealer network and AGCO personnel in the countries.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technology or other similar disciplines and good technical knowledge of products and mechanical/electrical systems
- Experience with Agricolture machineries is a plus.
- Previous experience with Aftersales, Service, Parts organization or similar is needed
- Availability to travel (up to 20-25%)
- Fluent English and Italian.
