**Posizione**:
The technical product owner (agile) acts as liaison between the business, the product managers and the development
- Agile product owners are scrum development personnel responsible for determining the features of a product prior to its release. They act as liaison between an organization’s development team and the business team
- As a member of the extended Product Management function, the TPO is the team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology
- Each TPO represents the needs of customers and the business within a particular Solution domain, which is typically co-represented by a Business Product Owner. Together, they ensure that product strategy and implementation remain connected throughout the value stream.
- The TPO assist in translating business requirements into technical requirements and checks (in conjunction with the Business Product Owner) if a design created by development fits to the initial requirements
- MRD (market requirement description) creation phase:

- Help business and the product manager to understand the implication of business requirements to the current system
- MRD analysis and PRD (product requirement description) creation phase:

- Implementation
- conduct technical consulting services together with the architect to sort out upcoming questions during implementation
- Testing
- conduct technical consulting services together with the architect to analyze upcoming problems hitting MRD/PRD

**Requisiti**:

- A technical or business management degree (university or higher education)
- 5+ year experience and proven track record in a similar role
- Excellent working knowledge of Loyalty life-cycle (points accrual, redemption options, redemption rates, financial settlement etc.) and experience implementing or maintaining Loyalty platforms
- Experience and expertise in both Card payments/ Transaction Switching especially with major cards schemes including understanding of payments infrastructure (eCommerce - PG/PA, Mobile payments, Card Payments, ISO20022)
- Decision making based on data analysis. Understanding, processing data and deriving conclusions from it is your second nature
- Technology affinity - platforms, SAAS solutions, software development lifecycle, APIs, SLAs etc.
- Experience in working in complex change projects and interdisciplinary project teams using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience in managing mobile apps and web products
- Experience with agile project management and road-mapping methods
- Product innovation and discovery mindset
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills, as well as problem-solving and scalable approaches
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Team player, solution oriented
- Native (or full professional proficiency) Italian and fluent in English
