**JOB PURPOSE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Learning Facilitation: Lead the delivery of live learning sessions for our corporate and retail population, ensuring engaging and inclusive learning environments.- Program Design: Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable L&D programs aligned with business priorities, with a strong emphasis on digital and hybrid formats.- Content Development: Develop high-quality, interactive learning content including virtual presentations, toolkits, self-paced modules, and digital assets.- Measurement & Insights: Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate business impact.**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development or a related field, with proven experience in facilitating in-person and remote learning programs.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related discipline.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of digital learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Miro).
- Capabilities: Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead virtual rooms with energy and impact.
- Mindset: Agile, learner-centric, and passionate about enabling growth in a global luxury context.
