We foster diversity and inclusion by building on our strong corporate culture. **Job Description**: The person will be part of an international working group that is in charge of the continuous improvement, and he/she will be the leader of the implementation for all the Italian production sites (Schio, Galliera, Soliera) with strong interfaces with the Quality/Production Manager of the Turkish site (Istanbul). He/She will report to Site Managers and in dotted line to the Excellence Manufacturing Group organization. Main responsibilities: - ** Be the facilitator of the improvement plan dynamics on the site**: - He/she will contribute for identifying the potential for improvement from BSC and field observations. - Establish the progress plan and the associated objectives in collaboration with the Codir. - Support the heads of operational services in the implementation of the strategy, monitors and ensures the progress of the improvement plan. - Use and implementation of approaches and tools for the performance optimization of industrial processes (Lean manufacturing, VSM, DMAIC, Kanban, 5S, Kaizen, workstation ergonomics, etc.). - ** Lead the continuous improvement Network for the site**: - Manage the construction and monitoring of the Production System deployment plan to support the Factory Improvement Plan. - For daily support to all site people and functions on production system principles, standards, tools, indicators, on improvement action plans, on production system communication and awarding. - With the help of production system Team members develop kaizen dynamics per department > roadmap/Lean - ** Animate tools knowledge on the site**: - Mastering basics trainings: 5S/MUDA/Production System introduction - Competences on leading/support VSM, SMED, KANBAN workshop on site - Competences on problem solving tools (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, DMAIC, 6 Sigma knowledge) - Followup on key users development for Lean Tools (keep updated local skill matrix) - Competences to train key users on appropriate tools up to reaching their autonomy - Develop Kaizen spirit/follow-up on numbers participants to workshop - Manage return on operating experience (REX) - ** Participate to Production System assessment**: - As main improvement actor for the site being in charge of promoting site Production System assessment action plans, with all managers of each site and being in charge of preparing the Production System assessment - Auditor on some external assessment, with Production System auditors - ** Be involved in Production System evolution and standard definition**: - Help Excellence Manufacturing team in Production System evolution (referential, tools, indicators, Assessment questionnaire) expressing main concerns or difficulties of the site and being active in standards proposal and validation - ** Meetings with all sites coordinators and Manufacturing Excellence members**: - Every month to share difficulties, needs, best practices and to define Production System improvement action plans: new trainings, evolutions, new tools, indicators evolutions **Qualifications**: - Qualification: Industrial Engineering Degree or equivalent; - Knowledge of industrial processes (Lean manufacturing, 5S, 8D, VSM, DMAIC, Kanban, Kaizen, workstation ergonomics, etc ) - At least 5 years of previous experience required - Good knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum B1): reading and understanding datasheets, conversations on technical topics - Availability for weekly national trips and occasional international trips - Ability to work with a group of people from various company functions in order to achieve se
