**Starcom **is looking for a **Planner Offline **for its Rome offices.

Planning and media management according to the guidelines supplied by the Media Supervisor.

**Qualifications**

If in your **past experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in media planning (Media Agency); high skills in tv planning;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word;
- Deep knowledge of the main media tools (eg. AdBox, Kubik, AQX, Arianna, MCSonline)
- You have the experience to manage the media process independently;
- Extensive knowledge of media owners offer and audience mechanism
